How We Ship
Every item sold through Shine Apparel is produced on demand through Printful, our print-and-fulfillment partner. This means your order is printed, quality-checked, and packaged specifically for you — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to ship.
Because each order is made to order, there are two distinct timelines to keep in mind: production time (when your item is made) and shipping time (when it travels to you). Your total delivery window is the sum of both.
We ship to addresses throughout the United States and to most international destinations. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Before Your Order Ships
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters Printful's fulfillment queue. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though times can vary based on product type, current order volume, and any customization involved.
- Production begins after payment is successfully processed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue on the next business day
- Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) are generally fulfilled within 2–4 business days
- Accessories and specialty products may require additional production time
- During peak seasons (holidays, sale events), production times may be extended
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
United States Delivery
We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States. Estimated transit times below reflect carrier delivery windows and begin after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen method, and the size or weight of your order. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to the shipping cost only and do not affect production timelines.
Shipping Outside the U.S.
We ship to most countries worldwide through Printful's international carrier network. Estimated transit times vary considerably by destination.
- International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination country and customs processing
- Shipping costs and available methods for your country are shown at checkout
- Some destinations may have limited shipping options or longer lead times
- Carrier service and transit speed may be affected by local postal conditions
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are unable to predict or cover these charges on your behalf.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the original order.
Staying Up to Date
Once your order has been fulfilled and picked up by a carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
- Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout
- It may take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking data to populate in the carrier's system
- Domestic orders are typically trackable via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the selected method
- International tracking visibility varies by destination country and carrier
If you believe your shipping confirmation email did not arrive, please check your spam folder before contacting us. You can also reach out to [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it.
When Things Take Longer
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, and we appreciate your patience when they do.
- Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume shipping periods (such as major holidays) can extend delivery windows
- International customs processing times are unpredictable and vary by country
- Printful fulfillment centers occasionally experience increased production queues during peak periods
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses can cause delays or failed delivery attempts
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Double-Check Before You Order
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Because orders enter production quickly through Printful, address changes may not be possible once an order is placed.
- Shine Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] — we will do our best to make a correction if production has not yet begun
- Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped at the customer's expense
- We cannot guarantee address corrections once an order has been submitted to Printful for fulfillment
If Something Goes Wrong
We stand behind every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or goes missing in transit, we want to make it right.
If your order was damaged or arrived defective:
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where eligible
If your package appears lost:
- Confirm the tracking status shows no delivery scan and that the estimated window has passed
- Check with neighbors or your building's mail area in case of a misdelivered parcel
- Contact us at [email protected] and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you
Please note: once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If this is a concern, consider requesting a signature-required delivery option or shipping to a secure location.
